sees the City Electric department outside of my house and has the following thought process..."Did I pay that bill? Yeah, I did...cause I paid the cell phone right after...okay...hmm, do I know where my confirmation number is? What if they lost it...maybe I should pull up my bank account so I can take my laptop out and show them that indeed the amount went through....oh i hope they aren't going to accidentally can the electricity this afternoon...."
